From the time Michael Geller began work in his own firm on December 1, 1995, he wanted the firm to grow to handle a variety of consumer, business, commercial, real estate and business law issues and matters.

The firm has expertise in litigation involving the Consumers Legal Remedies Act and California’s Unfair Competition Act (Section 17200 B&P) and has won a number of appellate cases expanding the rights of consumers in the post Proposition 64 world.

The Firm has represented plaintiffs in various class-actions including numerous gift-certificate and other related consumer fraud class-actions in addition to representing plaintiffs in various insurance company issues including bad-faith and failure to pay benefits cases.

Located in Riverside, California, the Firm is able to economically represent clients in cases in San Diego County, Los Angeles County, Riverside County, Orange County and San Bernardino County. The Firm has successfully represented clients in cases in Northern California counties as well.
